Broadcast Product Executive

This is an excellent opportunity for an audio broadcast engineer to join our client based in Oxfordshire, a leading manufacturer of professional audio products. In this key role, the Broadcast Product Executive will work within the audio console business, working with the Sales team to meet customers, understand their needs and demonstrate their broadcast product range and evangelise their benefits.

This role would suit somebody looking to use their strong broadcast audio engineering background and who is also interested in the commercial side of business. This role will include introducing new products to the market; presenting products on site and at roadshows/seminars/exhibitions ; providing feedback to the development team in order to increase innovation; understanding client needs and preparing technical sales proposals and looking at future market trends and assisting the Product Manager with the day to day activities including software testing, documentation and other more general support.

It will also include specific responsibility for demonstrations of the broadcast product range, preparation and maintenance of demo equipment , technical support for sales in system configuration and specifications, post sales Operational and System Configuration, input into new product development and specification, hardware & software testing and more.

To be considered for this role you will have broadcast engineering experience with digital audio mixing consoles, workstations and digital audio distribution; have a keen understanding of broadcast system integration including system protocols e.g. Routers and Automation Systems and Networking e.g. SDI, Ethernet and IP based audio distribution; have product presentation and training experience, an understanding of the broadcast purchase process, an understanding of Mac, Windows and Linux systems and first class communication skills.
